PERONNET Patrick was born in 1959 in Moulins (Allier). Clarinetist by training, he studied music in the Loire and the Rhone. He was appointed director of the Orchestre d'Harmonie de Saint-Priest (Rhône) in 1984 and continues the work begun since.
